Terms of Service

By accessing our website or placing an order with Plasbottle, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1.Orders and Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the specifications, quantities, and delivery terms confirmed at the time of quotation. Changes to order specifications may result in adjusted pricing.
2. Payment Terms
- Sample orders: 100% payment before production
- Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed
3.Production and Lead Time
- Stock items: 3-7 working days after payment confirmation
- Custom printing orders: 15-25 working days after deposit and artwork approval
- Custom mold orders: 30-40 working days
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and production schedule.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Freight costs are quoted separately based on destination, order volume, and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or factors beyond our control.
5. Quality and Inspection
All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt. Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
Custom artwork, logos, and designs provided by clients remain the property of the client. We do not use or reproduce client designs for third parties without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
