Shipping Methods
We support the following shipping options:
• Sea freight (LCL/FCL): Most economical for large orders, 25-45 days
• Air freight: Faster delivery for urgent orders, 5-10 days
• Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): For samples and small orders, 3-7 days
• Door-to-door delivery: Available for selected destinations
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
• Order volume and weight
• Destination country and port/address
• Shipping method selected
• Any special handling requirements
Because we are a wholesale manufacturer, shipping costs vary significantly by order size. We provide a formal shipping quotation with each order so you know the total cost upfront.
Processing Time
• Stock items: 3-7 working days
• Custom printing: 15-25 working days after artwork approval
• Custom mold: 30-40 working days Delivery Time Estimates
• North America: 25-35 days by sea, 5-7 days by air
• Europe: 30-40 days by sea, 5-8 days by air
• Australia: 20-30 days by sea, 5-7 days by air
• Southeast Asia: 10-20 days by sea, 3-5 days by air
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, port congestion, or weather conditions.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed upon.
